How to cook oat mixed rice:
Mix white rice and raw oats at a ratio of approximately 7:3.
After rinsing thoroughly with water, let it soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then cook.
If you add about 10–15% more water than you normally use for white rice, you can enjoy savory and chewy oat mixed rice.
