Premium K Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products,
all sales are final and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items,
including refrigerated and frozen products,
once they have been shipped.
2. Exceptions (Seller’s Responsibility Only)
We only provide refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was shipped
To request assistance, you must provide:
- Order number
- Email used for the order
- Clear photos of the issue immediately upon delivery
Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
3. Important Notice for Food Products
Due to food safety and quality control standards:
- Refrigerated and frozen items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- We cannot accept returns for items affected by storage conditions after delivery
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered,
Premium K is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Additional Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days
